Peter leads Tria Beauty as the President and CEO.
Prior to joining Tria, he served as President and CEO of several venture-backed companies including ReVENT Medical, Inc. and Ventus Medical, Inc. He spent 15 years at Bayer HealthCare where he held executive management roles in the consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device businesses in Europe, Asia and North America.
Peter earned his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and his bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University.
Sandra leads Tria Beauty's global finance, accounting and Information Technology functions. She has over 25 years of financial and general management experience in the medical device, biotechnology and diagnostics industries.
Prior to joining Tria, Sandra held several C-level financial management positions in both public and privately-held companies, including Asante Solutions, Ventus Medical, Vermillion and Lipid Sciences. She has been involved in raising over $500M in funding through various mechanisms in both the public and private markets.
Sandra earned her B.S. In Managerial Economics from the University at California, Davis.
Michael brings more than 25 years of experience running the key operations of both global and start-up organizations to his role as Tria’s Chief Operations Officer. Prior to joining Tria, he served as the COO at PneumRx Inc., and Oraya Therapeutics. His other medical device experiences include Vice President of Operations at Ventus Medical and Vice President of Manufacturing for InSound Medical.
Preceding his executive roles, Michael held various leadership positions of increasing responsibility within Albany International Corporation, Polaroid Corporation, and the US Navy’s fast attack nuclear powered submarine community.
He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, an M.B.A. from the University of Rhode Island, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, and a Doctorate of Management from Case Western Reserve University.
Michaela leads the North American sales organization and global marketing functions for Tria. She has over 25 years of experience delivering creative marketing solutions and driving growth across multiple consumer health and wellness businesses.
Before joining Tria, Michaela held several executive roles including VP, Global Strategic Marketing Medical Aesthetics at Allergan and Global Head of Marketing and Business Development at 3M Unitek, where she was also a member of the global management team. Prior to 3M, Michaela was a key leader at Bayer HealthCare where she held senior management roles within the medical device, consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical businesses groups in North America and Europe. Michaela also actively mentors for the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA) and serves on several for-profit and non-profit boards.
Michaela earned her MBA from the London School of Business and Finance and gained her DBO from the Sheffield & Leeds School of Orthoptics in the UK.
