Your TRIABeauty.com purchase comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. Additionally, all products purchased through the Replenish Me Program come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it to TRIA Beauty for a refund by following the instructions below.

First, contact TRIA Beauty Customer Care at (877) 321-TRIA (8742) to request a return kit. The return kit contains a postage-paid FedEx shipping label and shipping instructions. To guarantee that you receive a refund for the returned product, use only a TRIA Beauty-issued return kit to return your product.

Once you have received your return kit, simply follow the shipping instructions provided with the return kit and drop the package off at any FedEx drop-off location or call FedEx directly at (800) GoFedEX to schedule a pick-up. To be eligible to receive a refund, returns must be post-marked within 30 days from the shipping date.

We will inspect your return and issue you a full refund of the original purchase price for the returned product, less the amount of any damaged or missing items.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3-5 business days from receipt of your package for processing of your refund.

We will send you a return kit including a postage-paid shipping label and instructions. To guarantee that you receive a refund for the product, use only a TRIA Beauty-issued return kit to return your product. You can drop the package off at any FedEx drop-off location or call FedEx directly at 1-800-GoFedEX to schedule a pick-up.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for defects covered by the warranty and gladly replace any defective TRIA Beauty products.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your replacement order has been processed and shipped to you.
