returns/refunds

The TRIA Laser Hair Removal System includes one laser handpiece, one skin sensor, and one battery charger, and comes with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to the location where you purchased it for a full refund.

If you purchased your TRIA System through TRIABeauty.com, please contact our Customer Care department at 1-877-321-TRIA (8742). A return kit including a postage-paid shipping label and instructions will be sent to you to ensure the safe return of your TRIA System.

Once you have received your return kit, simply drop the package off at any FedEx drop-off location or call FedEx directly at 1-800-GoFedEX (1-800-463-3339) to schedule a pickup. We will inspect your return for damage or missing parts and issue you a full refund.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3-5 business days from receipt of your package to receive your refund.

If you discover a covered defect in your TRIA System before the 1-year warranty period expires, contact our Customer Care Department at 1-877-321-TRIA (8742) for assistance. We will send you a return kit including a postage-paid shipping label and instructions so that you can safely return your TRIA System. Your TRIA System must be returned in the return kit provided. You can drop the package off at any FedEx drop-off location or call FedEx directly at 1-800-GoFedEX (1-800-463-3339) to schedule a pickup.

Once we receive your TRIA System, we will inspect it for defects covered by the warranty and gladly replace any defective TRIA System.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your replacement order has been processed.

At this time, TRIABeauty.com ships orders within the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico* only.

International Ground and International Express shipping are available for orders going to Puerto Rico. The transit time for Ground is 7+ days.

Please note: Shipments to Puerto Rico need to go through customs clearance. Any import tax or duty costs incurred during shipment will be automatically added to your order.
