Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Tria product(s) for a full refund of the purchase price (less any shipping and handling). In order to receive the full refund, please review the following:

A confirmation email will be sent with your Return Authorization Number, mailing address of the warehouse, and shipping and packing recommendations. Please note that Tria Beauty does not cover expenses of return shipping for refunds. Once received at our warehouse, please allow up to 10-14 business days to process your refund.

We will inspect your return and issue you a full refund of the original purchase price for the returned product, less the amount of any damaged or missing items and the original shipping costs.

Third-Party Purchases (Refund Requests)

If you have purchased your Tria product through a source other than, and you are requesting a refund, you must coordinate the return/refund with that source and according to their product return policy. Some distributors have their own return policy. Please make sure to review the source's refund/return policy before making your purchase decision.
